| INSTALLATION: |

| This
equipment should be installed in an appropriate location, with a compressed
air line and electrical outlet available. We recommend installing a shutoff
valve on the compressed air line before the calibrator. In open-air locations,
an optional visor should be installed. Wall mounting. The product should be mounted to a wall only as recommended by the manufacturer. The optional pedestal should be utilized where there is no wall surface convenient to the location. 1. Install in the desired location at a height of approximately 5 feet from the ground to the base of the unit to facilitate viewing of the LCD display, insuring that the compressed air supply fittings are close enough to connect to the unit. 2. Connect the compressed air line to the input fitting of the air filter on the unit. 3. Connect the tire filling hose to the tire fitting on the unit. 4. Connect the chuck to the open end of the air hose. 5. Check that all fittings are airtight and then open the compressed air line. 6. Check that all connections are correct and then plug in the power cord to the electrical outlet. |

| How
does it work? |
|||||
| This equipment is an integrated system consisting of a Micro-Processor (CPU), LCD, Pressure Sensor and Solenoid Valves. When the hose chuck is connected to the tire, the pressure within the tire is detected by the pressure sensor which sends a signal to the microprocessor. The microprocessor then compares this signal to data held in memory. The program enters into operation making decisions to activate the appropriate solenoid valve at calculated time intervals, inflating or deflating the tire as necessary to arrive at the desired pressure. A beeping signal alerts the operator to the completion of the inflation cycle. In the case of a completely empty tire, the system will not self-activate until the FLAT BUTTON is pressed. The system then starts a 5 or 10, depending on the model, burst cycle to bring the tire pressure high enough for the micro-processor to start the above described cycle. | |||||
